Askaway is one of my favourite online resources. It is easy, helpful and most are offered at popular timeslots for people to ask their questions live from a librarian.
I believe this kind of online interaction is of need for todays busy lifestyles. Not going to the reference desk everytime to ask a question simplifies matters for many of us. Best of all, Askaway is offered by both public and academic libraries across British Columbia. I can Speak for many of us when I say that if I was offered this source while I was doing my undergrad, my research would have been much easier.
